³⁴ When Jobab died, Husham from the land of the Temanites became the next king. ³⁵ When Husham died, Bedad's son Hadad became the next king. Bedad had won the war against the Midianites in the region of Moab. Hadad's city was called Avith. ³⁶ When Hadad died, Samlah became the next king. He was from Masrekah.
